The REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) is the professional body for all recruitment agencies. The REC then founded the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) in 2009 to meet the needs of individual recruiters. Each member of the IRP is fully committed to upholding best practice, world-class recruitment standards and providing the best possible service to each and every client.
Paul Bradley, Managing Director of Bradley CVs, is a member of the IRP and has signed up to the IRP's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, which demonstrates Paul's commitment to practising the very highest standards of principled and professional recruitment and client service.
Membership of the IRP means that Bradley CVs receives the latest industry news, knowledge and research on the jobs' market. We also gain an excellent insight into what recruitment agencies are looking for from job applicants. Who are the CIPD?
The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) is the professional body for people within personnel / HR and development. Paul Bradley, Managing Director of Bradley CVs, is a member of the CIPD. This ensures that we can feed the latest thinking on recruitment practice into the production of your CV.
The CIPD produces countless surveys, reports and research on recruitment and organisational needs.
