This site aims at the Graduate level, professional employee and is produced by the Sallie Mae Company, the leading provider of US student loans. Organisations utilise TrueCareers specifically to find educated candidates with diverse backgrounds to fill key positions.

True Careers allows you to search by keywords, opting to match all or any words, or search all text or the job title only. You can add plenty of other criteria, such as city or zip code, state, country, radius, employer, job category, contract type, employer or recruiters, or date advert posted. The site is international, although at time of writing just 9 jobs were listed for England and none for Australia, so it's safe to assume that the vacancies posted are mostly American.

Register with TrueCareers.com and you are presented with a clear, easy to navigate site account where you can create your own profile, save jobs to a 'job cart', record jobs you've applied to, upload or cut-and-paste copies of your resume and cover letters, receive emailed job alerts and save searches.
