This is a visually attractive site with a very clear home page. Job Search tools are completely separated from other resources, meaning there are
no distractions or attempts to lead you towards paying for additional services, as occurs with many other sites.
Go to Search Jobs, and you can search by location, job sector and keyword. Such a small number of criteria means you don't risk placing too many
limitations on the results produced. You are invited to post your resume/CV on the site. You can do so anonymously and without providing an email
address, so you are afforded a degree of privacy if you desire it. You resume/CV will be available to the 500 plus recruiters (the site's own figure)
who are paying to search the database. You can also request weekly email updates when jobs matching your search criteria are posted on the site (the
Personal Job Shopper). Other resources available, once you've registered, include your queries answered by the Career Doctor and a list of employers
recruiting via the site.
It must be said that, at present, there do not seem to be many jobs listed. Also, the list of employers is very short at just twelve names. Perhaps
the clue rests in the 'About Us' page, which reveals that since its inception in 1996, the company has been "a provider of hiring management systems".
If running an effective website is not the primary area of business, then it seems unlikely that you'll receive as comprehensive a service as that
offered by other websites.
