If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the CV we prepare for you, the standard of customer service or any other aspect of our service, please call us on 0845 2000 365 or outside the UK +44 1606 784 334 between 9am and 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday (calls to 0845 numbers are charged at local rates).
We will always ensure that any problem is addressed as quickly as possible. Our aim is always to resolve any complaint within one working day.
